It’s awesome coming across an ad that gives you a lot of interest, But a nightmare when you have no clue what to do next.
It’s like going into a corn maze at night and trying to find a way out.
Most ads I see end up being confusing and hard to understand. With the world we live in, that won’t work out too well.
One thing people do wrong or miss out is incorporating landing pages into their ads.
Since you’re reading this article, I’m going to show you why landing pages are so important, and how you can use them to your full advantage.
Why Are They So Important?
Whenever you buy something, you want a simple process.
A landing page does two things:
Makes it an easy process for people who are interested
Creates an email list for you overtime
If you make the process any bit confusing for your audience, they’ll disappear faster than you can blink.
Not only that, you'll miss out on tonsss of sales now and in the near future.
Where Most People Go Wrong
Do you ever press the contact page on a website and all you see is loads of text?
It gives flashbacks to your high school ELA classes?
That’s a bad example of a contact/landing page.
When you want to reach out to someone, you just want to reach out.
You don’t care about the company history, or the family dog or anything.
People press the call to action on your ad for one reason, to receive what's being offered.
With this in mind, here’s how you put together a landing page that will have EVERYONE buying from you..
3x Your Sales Using Landing Pages
If you’ve read my past articles you know I keep everything simple. This is no different.
Here are two steps to building a good landing page.
The Headline:
This is the most important part because it needs to correlate with your ad.
If the offer in your ad says “fill out the form to receive a free guide” that’s your headline.
Reinstate the offer in your headline and it will keep people on the same page.
The Action:
99% of the time a landing page includes a form to fill out.
The form needs to be put right under the headline. Not on the bottom and hidden under a bunch of text.
People hit the link to fill out a form. With it right on top, you have a much higher chance of them filling it out.
By creating a landing page and having a simple process, the chances of people converting into a client will SKYROCKET.
Not only that, you’ll be able to create an email list. You could send your leads newsletters, guides, follow-ups, etc.
You get the best of both worlds.
