The moment you finish reading this article, you’ll understand how simple it is to convert all your leads into clients.
Sometimes it’s hard to keep track of ads because there's so many important components to them.
You have to worry about getting people hooked to your ad, then view the entire ad, then finally take action and reach out to you.
But I’m going to show you why many ads fail to have high conversion rates, then tell you exactly how to get every client.
I’m sure when you make or see ads, there's a button you can press on the bottom, for the most part, that takes you to another page.
Sometimes it's a company website, a certain page on their website, or many an error page which is fantastic.
But when people click that button on your ads, you need something called a landing page, and what’s on the page is pretty important.
What’s a landing page?
A landing page is the page people will land on when they press the action button on your ad.
Most companies get this wrong because they’ll tell people in their ads to contact them, but there's no action button, no link, nothing.
When there's nothing, what are people going to do then?
They're on their way to the next company in line.
For the companies that do have a landing page, where they go wrong is there’s a whole lot of nonsense that wastes people's time.
People don’t have a long attention span. It’s not long before they choose the next company instead of yours.
These companies have such low conversion rates because they utilize useless information, the company's history, and you can't forget about that picture you took with a dog.
Long story short: No one cares about any of that. They just want to contact you, not get to know you.
It may sound harsh, but that’s the reality of business and the world we live in.
What Makes a Good Landing Page?
First things first, take all that useless information and put it aside, very far away.
When people click that button on your ad to contact you, they want to contact you. That is the very first thing to worry about.
When I make landing pages, what pops up first is a contact form, ALWAYS.
It’s not pictures or the company history, It’s a catchy headline, then a contact form so we can turn leads into clients.
Here’s what to do for a landing page headline:
If you have an offer in your ad, which I would really hope you do, rewrite that in the headline. I’ll give an example:
If your offer says “Contact us for a free consultation call”...
…Your headline should say “Fill this form out to schedule a free consultation call”
Simple. Then you would put your form underneath.
No useless information, no time wasted, straight to the point.
So What's The Strategy To A Successful Landing Page.
We went over the headline and how it should be structured.
The contact form ALWAYS should be on top. Not in the middle, not on the bottom, always on the top of the page.
People click that button wanting to contact you. They don’t click it to see pictures of your dogs. Yes dogs are cute, but we need to get straight to the point.
Other companies have terrible landing pages because they talk about themselves, their company, and go on and on. It’s cringe 101, to me at least.
When people load onto your landing page, the first thing they should be hit with is that contact form. That’s why they're on the page.
The difference you can have when it comes to conversion rates is substantial when you make a landing page, but one that follows the steps I’ve given you.
A landing page isn’t hard to make. You don’t need a separate website or rocket science. All you do is create another page to the website you currently have, and make your landing page there.
These days you have unlimited resources and guides on the internet to help with basically anything.
By following the guide I’ve given you, no pun intended, you’ll have the ability to make any ad you create a conversion machine, turning every lead into a client. If you have any questions or want your work looked over, contact me and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours
